on Monday morning, around 9:15 a.m., crashed on Alverskirchener Strasse in Albersloh! An 82-year-old driver from Sendenhorst rolled from his property driveway to the street and collided with the motorcycle of a 69-year-old from Drensteinfurt. The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was immediately taken to the hospital.

Alverskirchener Straße was closed for about 90 minutes, while the rescue workers were in action. The car of the Sendenhorster was towed while the motorcycle was secured on site. The total damage amounts to shocking 20,000 euros. The accident occurred near West I and leaves questions about the security on this heavily frequented street.
