Serious accident in Teterow: motorcyclist injured in collision!

Teterow, Deutschland - This morning there was a dramatic traffic accident at 10:10 a.m. in Teterow. A 53-year-old woman was traveling with her van when she suddenly turned left into the captain-Kaempf-Weg and rammed a 54-year-old motorcyclist who was entitled to right. The collision was violent and hurled the motorcyclist to the sidewalk, where he suffered serious but not life -threatening injuries.

The injured was initially admitted to a hospital in Teterow and then flown to Neubrandenburg with a rescue helicopter. Both vehicles suffered such serious damage that they had to be towed, and the property damage was estimated on a shocking sum of 20,000 euros. During the police investigation, it remains unclear why the driver did not pay attention to the motorcyclist. The scene of the accident was temporarily closed, while the cleanup and salvage work took place.
