Serious accident in Wildeshausen: Young man fights for his life!

In a dramatic traffic accident in Wildeshausen on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, a young man was seriously injured. Around 1:05 p.m. there was a catastrophic collision on Glaner Straße: a 25-year-old woman from Wildeshausen, who was traveling with a small car, overlooked an oncoming VW when turning towards Heinefelde, which was driven by a 56-year-old Wildeshausen.

The VW hit the passenger side of the small car head -on, turned around his own axis and stopped in the middle of the street. The small car hurled off the road and landed on a game protection fence. Both vehicles suffered a total economic loss, which is estimated at around 30,000 euros. The accident site was closed until around 4:00 p.m.
