On June 12, 2025, there was a spectacular traffic accident at the B192 at the BAB19 junction towards Berlin at 4:15 p.m. A 28-year-old driver of a team transport car from the Neustadt-Glewe volunteer fire brigade crashed into an oncoming VW Tiguan, controlled by a 58-year-old man.

The collision was so violent that both vehicles were badly damaged, with an estimated property damage of around 80,000 euros. Neither the team transport car nor the VW Tiguan were ready to drive after the accident. The B192 had to be partially closed for almost two hours, while the clean -up work was underway. An exciting and costly incident that resulted in a clear traffic jam!
