Six missions for the Schiffdorf fire brigade: heroes in everyday stress!

In a week full of missions, the volunteer fire brigade of the municipality of Schiffdorf made the alarm, six times! The local fire brigade Spaden was called to support the emergency services on Sunday, May 25, 2025. She helped transport a person from the second floor of an apartment building.

But that was just the beginning! On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, a tree fell on a street by the lake and blocked the passage. The fire brigade was quickly on hand and sucked the tree to release the street again. On Friday, May 20, 2025, the Schiffdorf fire brigade had to move out again when a fallen tree in Bismarckstrasse blocked the road. The emergency services cleared the street and made them passable again. Finally, in the early morning of May 31, 2025, the fire brigade was alerted to a dramatic traffic accident on Sellstedter Strasse, in which a car collided with a tree and landed on the roof. Fortunately, the injured driver had already freed himself before the rescue workers arrived and was immediately taken to the hospital. The fire brigade secured the scene of the accident and ensured that the traffic could flow quickly again.
