As part of the nationwide "Children in Bight", comprehensive traffic controls took place in the Pinneberg district. More than 16 officers from the Pinneberg police station slipped into the role of supervision and carried out checks at central points in Pinneberg, Rellingen and Halstenbek.

The controls aimed to increase traffic safety, especially for children. Through targeted measures, the officials want to ensure that the rules in road traffic are observed and children are protected in their mobility.
