The man is said to have satisfied himself in front of a 26-year-old woman in a regional train from Bremen to Oldenburg on Wednesday morning. The disgusting incident occurred between 8:53 a.m. and 9:11 a.m. when the man fixed the woman with his eyes and showed his outrageous behavior.
