In a shocking incident on the regional express RE 9 yesterday afternoon (May 27th) there was sexual harassment on a train attendant while driving from Witzenhausen to Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe. A 45-year-old man who comes from Libya approached the woman threatening and used insulting, sexually charged words. He is also said to have threatened another train attendant with blows.

The federal police became aware of the incident and temporarily arrested the man after arriving at Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe station. It turned out that the Hann. Münden already searched for him because he had previously shown the so -called Hitler salute on the train and threatened several passengers. The investigation has started and criminal steps are initiated against the arrested steps due to threats and sexual harassment.
