Announcement of an ATM in Knittlingen: perpetrators on the run!

In a dramatic incident in Knittlingen, a monetary output machine was blown up in a residential and commercial building in the early morning of May 29, 2025. At around 3:40 a.m., unknown perpetrators entered the building on Stuttgarter Strasse and detonated the machines, which caused considerable damage inside. The property damage amounts to an estimated 700,000 euros. Fortunately, there were no injuries and the house remains habitable.

The local police, supported by the Baden-Württemberg State Criminal Police Office, immediately initiated investigations to grab the perpetrators who escaped undetected. The authorities do everything they can to clarify the incident and to ensure the safety of the residents.
