Tank train tipped over: traffic chaos on the L267 near Ulm!

Warthausen, Deutschland - A dramatic accident occurred on Landstrasse 267 between the B30 North and Herrlishöfen connection center! A tanker train with around 28 tons of heating oil tipped into a ditch at around 4 a.m. after the driver, a 51-year-old, drove off the B30. It is unclear why the vehicle lost control. The brave driver managed to free himself from the cab and immediately chose the emergency call.

The street was initially completely closed in both directions, but it has been passable again since 5 a.m. - however, considerable traffic disruptions can be expected until late in the evening! The rescue work continues to run and are intended for the night hours. The injured driver was taken to a hospital, but there is no further information about his condition.
