On March 16, 2024, a 68-year-old woman was victim of an unscrupulous pickpocket in a shoe store in Püttlingen. The thieves, two alleged perpetrators, captured debit cards and immediately tried to remove cash at ATMs from “VVB” in Püttlingen and Völklingen. Surveillance cameras recorded the fateful duo.

The Lebach police inspection asks the public for information on the identity of the two perpetrators. If you know something, you should report immediately on 06881/5050 or at any other police station.
