Renchen, Deutschland - A tragic accident occurred on the bike path along the K5305 on Monday afternoon when two pedelec drivers collided. The 66-year-old cyclist, who was traveling from Erlach in the direction of Ulm, initially got on the adjacent green strip around 4:40 p.m. without external fault and lost control of his vehicle. As a result, he moved to the left and slipped what led to the serious collision with a 72-year-old cyclist who came towards him. Both men fell and suffered serious injuries.

The 66-year-old had to be reanimated at the scene of the accident and was transported to the hospital in a critical condition, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
