Fatal accident on B252: Auto crashes head -on in truck - locked!

B252, 33034 Brakel, Deutschland - A tragic traffic accident occurred on Tuesday evening, June 10th, on the B252 between Rheder and Brakel. A 41-year-old man from Brakel was fatally killed, while a 49-year-old truck driver from Rinteln joined serious injuries. The deadly crash occurred around 8:30 p.m. when the man's Audi got on the oncoming lane for reasons that have not yet been clarified and broken up frontally with the oncoming truck.

The impact was so violent that the Audi was pressed against a guardrail. The driver died directly at the scene of the accident. A special team from Paderborn was requested to clarify the exact circumstances for the accident recording. The federal road remained closed until around 3:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning, while the rescue work was carried out. A tragic day for everyone involved!
