Tragic motorcycle accident near Dürbheim: 63-year-old dies!

A tragic motorcycle accident shocked the Dürbheim region on Sunday. Around 12.30 p.m., a 63-year-old driver lost control of his BMW R 80 GS for so far unclear reasons. He grazed the curb and fell, causing fatal injuries to suffer. Tragically, the rescue team could only find the death of the man when he arrived.

The accident site was closed for about three hours while the police started the investigation. In addition, an ambulance, an emergency doctor and a rescue helicopter were on site. The property damage to the motorcycle amounts to around 2,000 euros.
