Tragic accident on B230: 81-year-old dies in collision with truck

B230, Neuss, Deutschland - A tragic traffic accident shook the B230 on Monday morning! Shortly before 11:00 a.m., an 81-year-old man got oncoming traffic with his car and collided head-on with a truck. The impact was so violent that the car was badly damaged in the front area. Despite immediate rescue measures, the emergency services were only able to determine the death of the driver.

The truck, which was also affected considerably, was no longer ready to drive and had to be towed. After the collision, the truck stopped on the left guardrail.
