On Saturday afternoon, May 24th, a 65-year-old was the victim of a brazen trick theft in a shopping center on Flörsheimer Straße. Between 2 p.m. and 2:45 p.m., two perpetrators used a moment of distraction to steal the wallet to the senior. While one of the crooks started a conversation with the injured party and lured him out of his car, the accomplice grabbed the interior of the vehicle unnoticed.

The Commissioner K21/22 in Rüsselsheim has now started the investigation into trick theft and is looking for witnesses who have observed something striking at the time of the crime. Information can be reported on 06152 175-0.
