Laupheim, Deutschland - Shortly after 11:30 p.m., the Ulm police became aware of a dangerous situation: A 35-year-old broke with his VW in the Rabenstraße/Parkweg/Biberacher Straße roundabout, contrary to the traffic rules in clockwise!
