In the early morning hours of June 9, unknown perpetrators massively damaged a building in the main street. At around 3.45 a.m. they set fire to a pyrotechnic object in front of the building, which led to a deafening bang. A fast food restaurant that is located on the premises was not spared: a window pane was badly damaged, but luckily there were no injured people.

The criminal police in South Hesse is now looking for witnesses who can provide information about this incident. Further details on the crime are part of the ongoing investigations. Anyone who has information is urgently asked to report.
