On Monday, June 2, 2025, an accident occurred in Freckenhorst in which an unknown driver damaged a parked white Mercedes-Benz. The incident occurred between 5:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on the sidewalk of a parking lot on Westkirchener Strasse. The damage focused on the passenger side of the vehicle.
