Juri-Gagarin-Straße, 99867 Gotha, Deutschland - A 40-year-old was caught on a check with an illegally manipulated e-bike in a check. The bike that now had the properties of an S-Pedelec was not insured and the driver could not show a valid driving license. In addition, a drug test posed positively on amphetamines and methamphetamines.
