On Saturday morning at 10 a.m. it crashed into Ovelgönne: A 55-year-old woman from Varel overtook a car with her Mercedes A-Class, in which a 70-year-old driver with two small children, Agged 3 and 1, was on the road. The ruthless overtaking process ended in a violent collision-the Mercedes driver crashed into the outdated vehicle and landed in a traffic island. Fortunately, everyone involved was unharmed, but the property damage amounts to a whopping 6000 euros.

The police have received evidence that the accident driver had already endangered road traffic several times before the accident. Witnesses or damaged people are urgently asked to contact the police in Brake on 04401/935-0.
