Traffic chaos in Verden: two accidents in just a few hours!

Oyten, Deutschland - On Monday afternoon there was a dramatic traffic accident in Oyten when a 54-year-old driver disregarded the right of way of a 59-year-old driver. The woman wanted to turn left into Achimer Straße with her VW and overlooked an oncoming Ford. After the collision, both vehicles were no longer ready to drive and had to be towed. The 54-year-old suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital by the emergency services.

In Osterholz-Scharmbeck, the police were called for an incident in which a 60-year-old Skoda driver had to stop on Hohenfelder Strasse due to traffic. A subsequent 72-year-old man in an electric vehicle recognized the brake too late and fell. He injured himself slightly and was also taken to a hospital. In both accidents, witnesses are sought who can provide information on the incidents.
