on June 3, 2025, between 10:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m., there was a traffic accident in the Scharnhorststrasse in Alfeld, in which the perpetrator fled undetected from the scene of the accident. The owner of a gray Ford Ecosport parked his vehicle and found terrifying damage when he returned: various paint scratches and dents on the driver's door.

The investigation indicates that another driver touched the Ford when parking from a opposite parking lot. The preliminary damage is estimated at around 4,000 euros. The police ask for information about the fleeting vehicle and the cause.
