Traffic accident in Meckenheim: 35,000 euros in damage to car collision!
On Saturday afternoon, around 1:35 p.m., a spectacular traffic accident occurred on the main street in Meckenheim, which caused considerable damage to property of at least 35,000 euros. A car that drove from the center of the town towards Hochdorf-Assenheim raced unchecked against a vehicle parked on the side of the road. The impact was so violent that the car caused was lifted onto the parked vehicle, which in turn pushed a third car in front of it.
Fortunately, there were no injuries in the accident. However, the main street had to be closed for around 1.5 hours, while the police carried out the accident recording and the electrically operated vehicle was professionally recovered.
