On Wednesday morning, May 28, 2025, a violent traffic accident occurred around 7:40 a.m. in the confluence area of ​​the B 475 and Beckumer Straße in Warendorf. A 20-year-old driver from Warendorf wanted to turn from Beckumer Straße to the B 475 when there was a collision with an agricultural team, which was controlled by a 35-year-old Ennigerloher towards Westkirchen.

The impact was so strong that the team turned 180 degrees and the trailer tipped over. As a result, the cargo fell down to the main road. The young driver suffered minor injuries, while the federal road in the accident zone had to be closed for cleaning and recovery work. The total damage amounts to around 25,000 euros.
