In a dramatic incident on Monday evening in Eisfeld, there was a dangerous encounter on the street “Am Volkshaus”. A 43-year-old driver had sighted an oncoming car on her lane around 11:15 p.m. and reacted quickly by moving into the ditch-an accident could just be averted! However, the unknown driver continued his journey without stopping and leaving the woman in shock and with serious damage to her vehicle.

When checking her car, the woman concerned determined damage of around 2,500 euros at the front. The police are now urgently looking for witnesses who can provide information on this incident or the fleeting vehicle.
