Untermaubach, Deutschland - on Monday morning, around 7:00 a.m., a railcar on the Rurtalbahn crashed into a fallen tree between evenings and Nideggen-Brück! The train driver, who came from Heimbach, initiated an immediate danger braking and was able to reduce the speed, but the collision could no longer be stopped. Fortunately, all passengers - 57 people in number - remained unharmed! But the consequences are massive: the section of the route between Untermaubach and Heimbach remains closed until further notice, while a crane.
