Colorful summer vacation: Malteser Jugend offers action for kids in Halle!

The summer vacation is just around the corner and also in Halle (Saale) the children can look forward to a colorful program. The Malteser Jugend Halle organized a number of exciting actions, but also promote the creativity and team spirit of the young participants. From July 1 to August 5, 2025, various events will take place in which the children have the opportunity to close new friendships and acquire valuable everyday skills.

The program starts with a creative photo challenge in which the children get to know each other and master tasks together. On July 8th, you can prepare your own summer pile and work playfully. Another exciting date is July 15, where the kids learn to provide child -friendly first aid - important in order to be able to react correctly in an emergency. On July 29, the handicrafts of lucky charms are on the schedule before the season ends with a skill Olympiad on August 5th.

important information

The events take place from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the group room of the Maltese at Magdeburger Straße 23, 5th floor. Children between the ages of 8 and 12 are eligible to participate. Interested parents can register their offspring on the phone number (0151) 15 87 34 84 or by email to jugend.halle@malteser.org .

But the Maltese not only offer summer programs, they also commit themselves holistically for the participation of all children. According to the Malteser website , the additional independent participation advice (EUTB®) supports people with and without disabilities to find their place in society. It offers free and independent advice on a wide variety of topics, especially for children and adolescents. The aim is to strengthen your self -determination and to facilitate participation in social life.

including holiday projects

An example of including holiday projects can be found in Stolberg, where the RWE Foundation promotes numerous activities for children and adolescents with and without disabilities. Under the motto "Culture and Sport without pressure to perform", this program offers over 30 different projects that respond to the individual needs of the participants. Not only children from different social areas come together here, but an intercultural exchange is also promoted. Activities such as archery, graffiti and rolling are on the plan and offer a lot of space for creativity and development.

The combination of the summer actions of the Maltese and the inclusive programs clearly shows how important it is to offer children and young people a variety of opportunities for leisure activities that also leave space for personal development. As a result, nothing stands in the way of an unforgettable summer time in Halle (Saale)!
