In the early morning hours of Sunday, there was a spectacular accident on the A5, which - according to the police - may be due to an unadjusted speed! A 23-year-old driver lost control of his Mercedes-Benz around 5:30 a.m., shortly before the Baden-Baden junction. The vehicle hurled over the road, crashed into the middle course and stopped on the left lane.

Fortunately, despite the dramatic incident, the driver and two passengers remained unharmed. The damage to the car is estimated at around 30,000 euros. The traffic had to be diverted during the rescue work and the accident recording. The Mercedes-Benz was so badly damaged that it had to be towed. A typical example of how quickly a chaos on the highway can become from a normal Sunday morning!
