Senior residence on flames: Investigations according to negligent arson!

In the early morning of Sundays, a fire broke out in a senior citizens' residential complex on Lange Strasse, which may have been caused by a resident. The fire brigade was alerted shortly after 5 a.m. and was able to quickly extinguish the fire. The alleged arsonist, a senior, was saved from his room by an employee of the facility and suffered minor injuries that were treated on site.

The police have initiated investigations into negligent arson because the resident probably handled a lighter, which could have led to the development of the fire. Fortunately, the spread of the fire was limited to the man's room, and there were no further damage to the residential complex. During the mission, the long road was closed around the fire town. The investigation by the officers of the Baden-Baden police station continues.
