Accident in Eichstetten: 90-year-olds seriously injured after Pedelec crash!

On Thursday, May 29, 2025, a dramatic accident occurred in Eichstetten when a 90-year-old woman fell with her pedelec and pulled a painful laceration on the head. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. on Bahlinger Straße, shortly before the end of the town towards Bahlingen. The injured person had to be taken to a nearby hospital immediately with an ambulance.

According to the bicycle driver, a previously unknown racing bike driver was to blame for the accident who hit her while overtaking and then simply fled the scene of the accident without taking care of the injured woman. The police are now urgently looking for witnesses who can provide information about the fleeting racing cyclist or the exact course of the accident.
