Alcohol at the wheel: Two cyclists fall drunk in Burgrieden!

A bizarre evening at Burgrieden! At 7:30 p.m., a 36-year-old man from his men's bike fell on a dirt road. The rescue workers were quickly on hand and took him to the hospital with minor injuries. But at the check it turned out: the man was heavily alcoholic - no wonder that he had fallen out of the saddle! He also had to hand in a blood sample.

But the accidents did not stop here! A similar incident occurred at 9:15 p.m.: A 60-year-old cyclist fell drunk on the walking and bike path of the L265 near Laupheim. He too suffered minor injuries and was taken to a clinic as a precaution where his per thousand values are determined. Fortunately, both incidents remained without any significant damage to property. The Laupeim police recorded the accidents.
