Police chase masked scooter drivers - helicopter in action!

Schorndorf, Deutschland - in Schorndorf there was a dramatic chase in the night of Wednesday that the police kept going. Around 3:30 a.m., patrol officers noticed two scooter drivers who immediately fled at high speed. One of the drivers was masked, which raised fear that a crime may have been going on.

A police helicopter was alerted to support the search. The air monitoring found the refugee scooter drivers on the L1147 between Schorndorf and Oberberken. In Oberberken, the two parked their scooters and continued their escape on foot. But the police did not fall by the wayside, because thanks to the precise instructions of the helicopter, several police patrols were able to secure the vehicles and identify the drivers. The investigation runs to find out why one of the scooter drivers was masked and whether a crime was really committed. Witnesses are asked to report to the Schorndorf police station.
