Chaos in Borsigallee: Motorists triggers high property damage!

On June 5, 2025 at 11:40 a.m., a driver crashed into a parking garage in Borsigallee and left a hopeless chaos. The 51-year-old presumably confused the gas with the brake pedal and caused enormous damage to property and considerable impairments in rail transport. Fortunately, there were no passers -by or trains at the stop at the time of the accident, so there were no injuries.

The consequences are dramatic: the stop was badly damaged and the rails were also affected. Now there are repair work that could intervene strongly in the flow of traffic in the coming days. The driver was lucky and was unharmed.
