40 years of Lake Constance: Police event attracts sailing enthusiasts to Langenargen!

On Friday, June 6th, 2025, the International Lake Constance gatta of the police in Langenargen will be held for the 40th time. Around 30 boats from Switzerland, Austria, Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg have registered for this prestigious competition. To participate, the crews must consist of at least half of members of a police station or related authorities.

The regatta, which has been very popular for years, is supported by the Förderverein Internationale Police Regatta Bodensee e.V. and the police headquarters, including the water protection police and the Langenargen yacht club. Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Thomas Strobl has again taken over the patronage, which underlines the importance of this sporting event.
