Violent offenses in Munich Central Station: coffee attack and more!
on Saturday evening, May 24, 2025, there were several brutal incidents in Munich Central Station. A 28-year-old Venezuelan caused an outcry when he attacked two security staff after entering the DB Lounge. After he threw hot coffee in the face of a 66-year-old employee, he bit him in his forearm and hit him, the attacker lost a tooth. The federal police arrived quickly, tied up the man and found that he was sober while the injured employee took care of his health.
Just a few hours later, around 8:25 p.m., a ticket control in RE 2. A passenger without a ticket reacted aggressively to a police intervention, which led to an official sprayer. The man fled out of the train and was able to escape while the Munich professional fire brigade was called to ventilate the affected wagon.
