Drama on Father's Day: Man falls into Endert and is saved with helicopter

Endert, Deutschland - A 37-year-old man fell on Father's Day, May 29, 2025, in which endert between Weiß- and Schneiders mill and injured his head and back. The rescue operation was extremely challenging because the man was about 30 meters deep in the stream bed and the scene was difficult to access.

The fire brigade, the mountain rescue, the DRK and the police, quickly approached to support support. A police helicopter was also used to support the rescue measures. After around 2.5 hours, the injured person was transported to a hospital to carry out further examinations.
