Shocking traffic accident in Weeze: Four vehicles involved!

On Monday afternoon, June 2, 2025, around 2:00 p.m. in Weeze there was a dramatic traffic accident in which four vehicles were involved. The 66-year-old driver of a BMW suffered a medical emergency during his journey on the Willy Brandt-Ring and crashed into a Honda FR-V in which an 88-year-old man was sitting. Due to the force of the impact, the Honda was pushed onto a Fiat Punto of a 40-year-old before it came to a standstill in the green strip. The BMW subsequently got into oncoming traffic and touched a Mercedes Vito.

The 66-year-old was immediately taken to a hospital and then moved to a special clinic, while the 88-year-old Hondafahrer suffered minor injuries and a shock, but all other occupants remained unharmed. The Willy-Brandt-Ring had to be closed during the accident.
