Shots and robbery: dramatic scenes at Osloer Strasse underground station
In a dramatic night in Gesundbrunnen, the police were alerted because of a suspected robbery and shots on Osloer Strasse. The events started around 11:35 p.m. when BVG security forces discovered a man with facial injuries at the subway station. Before the police arrived, he fled and an unknown direction.
Around half an hour later, witnesses saw a discussion at a bus stop, in which several shots are supposed to fall. The participants were able to escape before the police arrived, but the investigators found cartrids at the scene. At around 1:30 a.m., a 31-year-old man with head injuries reported in a hospital. He reported that he was attacked and robbed by a group after asked for drugs. Shortly thereafter, the group took the persecution, which led to the shot.
The 31-year-old, together with two other men from 17 and 28, was brought into police custody, but was released after detectional treatment. The investigation into the background of the incidents continues.
