Oldenburger Straße, 26316 Varel, Deutschland - in Bockhorn there was an attempted slump into primary school between 16 and 21 May 2025. Unknown perpetrators tried to break off the front door, which led to slight damage to property, but the rooms were not entered.

In Varel, a traffic accident occurred on Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. when an 18-year-old cyclist was hit by another cyclist who overlooked him. The person who caused the accident immediately fled from the scene of the accident, while the young man drew minor injuries. Witnesses of the incident are asked to report to the Varel police at 04451-9230.
