Stendal, Deutschland - Federal Police Inspection Magdeburg reports a spectacular incident: On Sunday, May 25, 2025, a 22-year-old who traveled from Berlin to Stendal was arrested at the main train station. The train attendant alerted the police, and when the officers checked his personal details, they discovered an arrest warrant from the Hanover public prosecutor.

The man, a stateless person, was sentenced to a fine of 800 euros in May 2024 for the extent of services. After he withdrawn from the enforcement order, an arrest warrant was issued in April 2025. Since he could not pay the fine, he was brought to a correctional facility to serve the compensation sentence. The federal police also filed a complaint for fraud.
