Dramatic traffic accident on L29: women injured, children saved!

L29, 18581 Putbus, Deutschland - on June 1, 2025, around 11:30 a.m., a serious traffic accident occurred on the L29, which ended with injuries for two women. A 42-year-old driver from Berlin lost control of her mini in wet road conditions and drove off the road to the right. As a result, the car collided with a street tree, which caused the 48-year-old passenger to be trapped in the vehicle.

The voluntary fire brigades from Binz and Putbus had to intervene and free the passenger. Both women suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital for further treatment. Fortunately, the two 3-year-old daughters of the driver were unharmed, but were also taken to the hospital for safety. The mini was no longer ready to drive after the accident and the property damage is around 12,500 euros. During the accident recording, the L29 had to be completely blocked for around an hour.
