Collection police: football festival with attacks and arrests!

Berlin, Deutschland - Yesterday Berlin experienced a turbulent day with the DFB Cup final and numerous meetings. Over 2,000 police and federal police officers were deployed to ensure security. The Berlin State Cup final between Eintracht Mahlsdorf and the BFC Dynamo ended calmly, while the DFB Cup final between Arminia Bielefeld and VfB Stuttgart was kicked off more than 73,700 fans at 8 p.m.

not everything remained peaceful: the fan festivals of Stuttgart and Bielefeld pulled tens of thousands and sometimes led to riots. The police arrested seven Stuttgart fans who had stacacted violence. During a protest rally on Oranienplatz, journalists were disturbed during reporting, while at another location a meeting between demonstrators and counter -demonstrators was dissolved by the police. A total of over 265 criminal charges came together, including the breach of the peace and attacks against enforcement officers. Only one policeman injured himself slightly, but remained on duty.
