Bloody attack in Boulder: Pro Israel demo shaken by terror!

A difficult attack on a pro-Israel demonstration in Boulder, Colorado, has recently caused a stir. The 45-year-old Egyptian Mohamed Sabry Soliman is accused of having planned the attack for over a year to attack a "Zionist group". In the incident, which took place on June 1, 2025 at 2 p.m. MST, a total of twelve people were injured, including some between the ages of 52 and 88. One participant is in a critical condition. US President Trump described the attack as "act of terrorist" and expressed compassion with the victims, but also called for the attacker's deportation.

Soliman, who appeared as a gardener to approach the demonstration, used a self -made flame thrower and threw two Molotow cocktails while he stated that he wanted to kill "all Zionists" with many other Molotowcocktails. In doing so, he accidentally burned himself and had to be taken to the hospital for treatment after his arrest. Investigations showed that 16 unused Molotow cocktails and materials for the production of further weapons were found.

background and planning of the attack

In the run -up to the crime, Soliman expressed that he had planned the attack until his daughter was completed. His visas, which were approved during the bid administration, expired in March 2025, which continues to complicate the circumstances of his residence permit. Before he was arrested, documents were discovered in his vehicle with the inscriptions "Israel", "Palestine" and "USA", which indicate his ideological motives. Soliman said that the participants of the event would be an existential threat to Palestine.

The investigating authorities assume that Soliman acted alone, the incident is examined as an ideologically motivated act of violence. Soliman is accused of attempted murder and hate crimes, reinforced by the knowledge that the number of right -wing extremist acts of violence in the United States and worldwide is increasing. For example, the constitutional protection in Germany registered an increase in right -wing extremist crimes by over 22 percent compared to the previous year for 2023.

The numerical increase in right -wing extremist persons and acts of violence shows an increasing problem that must also be considered in the context of Soliman's attack. Soliman and his comrades seem to be part of a greater phenomenon that has gained visibility in recent years and presents society with great challenges.
