MBS donates almost 59,000 euros to local clubs - a strong commitment!

In the city of Brandenburg there is reason to be happy: The Mittelbrandenburg Sparkasse (MBS) recently handed over almost 59,000 euros to 20 different clubs during a solemn good-tune breakfast in the popular "Herzschlag" restaurant. A step that should not only strengthen local volunteering, but also applies as a sign of the long -term commitment of the MBS in the region. Andreas Schulz, the CEO of the MBS, pointed out the central role of social engagement and emphasized the support of projects in sport, culture, education and environmental protection. Together they want to make society a bit better.

The total amount that MBS has spent on non -profit organizations in recent years is impressive: in 2024 alone, it was 4.3 million euros that went into various initiatives. In addition to the direct donations, there is also a profit distribution of 8 million euros for non -profit purposes. These figures show that MBS is one of the largest non -governmental funding in Brandenburg. According to the current reports, a total of 202,000 euros for donations and sponsorship flowed to the city of Brandenburg last year.
