Something is happening in Potsdam! The city will soon welcome a brand new boutique hotel from the Marriott Group, the first of its kind in the Tribute portfolio. An exciting project from BEB+, scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2026. The hotel will be built in the charming Dutch Quarter, within the venerable walls of the former Voltaire Hotel, and will cover a total of 8,800 square meters on three floors.
Guests can look forward to an atmospheric atmosphere that includes 145 rooms - including 19 that are housed in the historic building. The hotel will also have a rose garden terrace, modern boardrooms and a wellness and fitness area. There are also practical amenities: 41 parking spaces are available to visitors. The Day ticket reports that Chocolate on the Pillow Group (COTP) is the operator and operates under a franchise agreement with Marriott International.
Partners and owners involved
The property belongs to Hofgarten Karree KG, a fund managed by BEB+. The BEB+ family offices and the DVI Group have a majority stake in this fund. No matter how you twist it, BEB+ has shown a good hand here and supports the project with its fund and asset management.
