Exciting weekend in Prignitz: markets, concerts and festivals!

The weekend from June 27th to 29th in Prignitz promises exciting experiences for young and old. Numerous events are waiting to be attended, and residents and guests of the region can look forward to a colorful program.

On **Friday, June 27th**, the round of activities begins with a guided canoe tour “Water & Wine” on the Löcknitz in Lenzen. In Pritzwalk, the well-known weekly markets take place on the market square from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by a visit to the Hainholz petting animal farm, which is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rühstädt invites you to spend the night with your family at the Nabu visitor center. The evening ends in Wittenberge with a weekly fresh market and dance music with DJ Finn Larson at the Elbe Resort Alte Ölmühle, where fun is guaranteed from 8 p.m. to midnight.

**Saturday, June 28th**, features a weekend market from 8 a.m. in Berge offering regional products. Fans of stationary engines meet in Glöwen, while in Groß Pankow a concert entitled “Vibraphone meets singing and string orchestra” awaits listeners at 5 p.m. The day will be enriched with a premiere of the play “Kletzke and the Swedes” from 5:30 p.m. in the Kletzke open-air theater and Theater im Garten with the Globe Ensemble Berlin at 7 p.m. in Krams.

In Pritzwalk there is also an open day at the Riflemen's Guild this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and a summer bike tour with the mayor, for which registration by email is required. The village festivals in Sarnow and Schönhagen as well as the community festival in Weisen with a summer concert contribute to the festive feeling of the weekend.

One last swing on Sunday

**Sunday, June 29th**, has a final highlight in store with the concert “Chat Noir” in Groß Pankow and another performance of “Urfaust” in Krams. The district hunting season starts at 6 a.m. in Lenzen, and in Meyenburg there is once again the opportunity to enjoy Schubert's “Winterreise”. For architecture lovers, Architecture Day with guided tours will take place in Perleberg from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
