Damian from Rostock: From the citizens' allowance to training - a fresh start!

In Germany, there is an acute shortage of skilled workers, while many young people are fighting for their professional life. Damian, a 26-year-old man from Rostock, who became known through the documentary "Hartz und Warm", is an example of this reality. Damian has been without work for three years and has experienced many setbacks. As a transparent person, he sees additional hurdles exposed to the labor market.
