On Monday at around 4 p.m. there was a serious accident at the confluence of Kreisstraße 5705 and Salinenstrasse. An 87-year-old driver who turned left from Salinenstrasse into the district road overlooked a 34-year-old Renault-Lenkerin. It crashed violently when the two vehicles collided.

The collision led to a considerable property damage of around 25,000 euros. Fortunately, the drivers remained unharmed, but this incident once again shows how important it is to be aware of road traffic.
