Family life and dance career: This is how Cibis master the challenges!

Andrzej Cibis, born on July 19, 1987 in bytom, Poland, grew up in Germany and started dancing early. Since 2017 he has been active in the Professional Division together with his wife Victoria, who is also his dance partner. Despite their success in dance sport, the compatibility of work and family is a constant challenge. The survey also shows that fathers have a consistently high employment participation, regardless of the age of the children, which illuminates the division of responsibility within the family.

In this context, Andrzej Cibis's work environment has also developed. In addition to his successful career as a dancer, he runs a dance studio in Remseck am Neckar and has been a dance trainer since 2015. Together with Victoria, he has built up a life that combines both family and professional success, although balance often remains challenging.
